Ordered the Red Tonkatsu, very flavorful broth, good noodles, reasonable price. I was hoping it would be a little more spicy than it was, for their spicy Tonkatsu offering it was a little weak in spice.
Popular Ramen spot. Can be super busy depending on the day and time but it's worth the wait. Recommend the black garlic and red ramen.Parking: Parking can be somewhat tricky but usually find a spot without too much trouble.

I wish they had a place like this in Tahoe! We stop here 2-3 times a year on our way through the valley. The Red Ramen is my go to. Get it and you will not be disappointed. I’m not a mushroom fan but even the mushrooms in this dish are amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
