I ordered a small iced coffee with no ice and what I got was crazy. I literally got half a cup full of coffee and cream... So the rest of what I would have got would have been ice.... The lady did tell me when I ordered "oh we don't put that much milk in it..." Not thinking I was only going to get half a cup of coffee... So I said "ok thats fine" .. I got my drink and complained about it being only half full and the response was "I can give you more milk.." Im pretty sure I paid 6$ for a coffee not milk... So I expect my cup to be full. Will not return to this Starbucks again.

The drink was excellent... But there is NO WHERE to sit. They have removed all chairs and tables inside and outside.. Not comfortable at all.

For a while this Starbucks seemed to be struggling for a bit as every business may be, but today I was helped by Grace who was so kind when explained that I only wanted one scoop of Matcha. I can't have much caffeine due to a heart condition & speaking up can be hard sometimes but Grace was amazing!!

They run out of ingredients for a lot of drinks. I have to substitute my order. It's not in the best part of town. There are always multiple homeless chilling outside. There isn't a drive-thru.

This Starbucks needs to update what they offer. I am from out of town and came here to work. After walking 2 blocks, I discover that they no longer off dine-in. Please update so that you do not waste your customers time.

4/10 11am -I'm a regular..Grande hot white mocha everytime... they know me by name... Today...1 person inline Infront of me Small Parking lot I was feeling good about a fast coffee and back on the road. After the guy in front of me got his 2 complicated hot coffees in record time...I proceeded to see the servers make 10 drinks for online customers...No worries i didnt phone order i know the Deal have to wait....8-10 minutes later I was getting nervous I questioned weather my order went through (They looked at me like i wasn't there) then i Proceed to see 3 new people that came in the store, Order, then get there coffees infront of me...The 4th Gentleman and I, had a conversation about how im getting screwed (He saw my frustration) then he Proceeded to get his name called and get his coffee... This is when I lose my calm start mentioning I ordered 15 minutes ago 4 people in line have already been served they completely ignore me...after preparing the 5th lady's Walnut Bread and giving it to her (skipping me again) then she starts my coffee....(The walnut lady still had to wait for her coffee so slowing me down again was a mute point)............ At this point im pissed, but I forgive. Then, the idiotic thing she said will have me never coming ever again........................................... "I'm sorry we have to deal with the Orders as they come in"......(Coffee was good though im not a hater ...still not coming back principles)

The staff was great. My negative review is because of the complete lack of seating inside or out and the outlets being covered so no one can charge a cellphone. The nearest place to sit is the bus stop across the street.

This Starbucks location has the most kind, humble and considerate employees I ever met. At first my day seemed like everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Until I walked into Starbucks, I tend to dissociate to regulate my emotions but the barista noticed me and tried to uplift my spirit. That was the first time I felt seen and it made me realize we’re all just trying to do our best. It’s an experience I’ll always remember ❤️☺️

I was there studying the other day just trying to do some work when a transphobic woman came in yelling at one of the customers yelling at them for being trans for no reason.... and one of the baristas stood up and refused service. The woman continued to be disrespectful and screaming "UR A MAN" then the manager came out and sided with the transphobic woman.... And still took her order... As someone part of the LGBTQ community and who chooses Starbucks because of the support they show us. This changed my whole view. I will not be coming back to starbucks...

I never usually write yelp reviews for anything but what I witnessed today was unacceptable. I was in the store waiting for my drink when I saw an older lady harass a transgender woman, denying her identity and saying hateful things. The manager then went and talked to her outside for 2-3 minutes and let this person back in, and continued to serve her. I overheard the workers very upset and uncomfortable that the transphobic woman was still allowed to be in the store, I saw one even refuse to serve her. Good for her. The only person who served her and allowed her back into the store is the manager. I will not be coming back to a store that supports a transphobic person and didn't think twice to kick her out. My heart goes out to the woman who was harassed today.
