One of the 3 in this vicinity for caffeine addict . They make awesome dragonfruit refresher (yes beyond caffeine I enjoy a refresher once in awhile). It's Starbucks- you can't go wrong u less you're my kid with her 2 shots of this, 3 squeeze of that and a pump of this and that... even I get confused :) I pity the cashier or barista handling her order. 8/10 they get it right the other 2 it's ok- think too confusing even for me.Go get a Starbucks mocha frap and/or refresher with a chocolate croissant heated up. Yum.

This location, although convenient, usually has a long wait. I appreciated the staff giving me a free bacon guoda breakfast sandwich since they were out of the breakfast sandwich I ordered. I also Iove their cake pops . My personal favorite is cookie dough. Overall, I recommend this Starbucks, especially if you are not in a hurry.

I was walking around the deli area and a young had a tray with white mocha iced with cinnamon and gave me a sample. She was really nice and friendly. Awesome service! It was actually delicious I normally don't try new things but I did order the drink. Clean and fast service as usual.

So it's Christmas, I get it, it's a little busy. So I get in line behind a man. They are ill stocked with giftcards and try to tell them they're out but then pull out an entire box of unstocked unopened cards? Ok, maybe he didn't know they were there. They continue their transaction, the man walks away and I step forward only to be told he's trying to get his phone connected. Ok, no problem. Now the transactions is complete. I order a basic nonfat latte and I'm told it's a TWENTY minute wait. Now look, at any other coffee shop during a rush, I might understand over a ten minute wait. But Starbucks is the mcdonalds of the coffee world. The baristas aren't really baristas. Their machines do everything. They don't use espresso hopper burr grinders for every order, their machine has a hopper built in. They don't steam the milk by touch or even airate their foam correctly. They push a button. The milk steams to the specific degree without help and the shots pull immediately and grind within seconds. But I don't argue. As a barista with more experience than most of the lifespans of the crew, I ask for a drip coffee. I'm told they are out and that will take twenty minutes also. I look him dead in the eye and repeat "it will take twenty minutes for a drip coffee" and he repeats it will. Now that's a got damn lie and he knew it. Any busy day means a new filter of ground coffee goes in the drip machine before the pot is even close to empty, so all you have to do is (once again) press a button. In no shop does it take twenty minutes to brew a pot of plain a** drip coffee. And in no way in hell is Starbucks worth a twenty minute wait. I wouldn't wait twenty minutes for chicken McNuggets at McDonald's so why would I wait for fast food quality coffee with less work involved. This is why I prefer to go to Dutch bros and deal with the over caffeinated, over enthusiastic teenagers blasting whatever music of the day while they talk my ear off. Because at least there is an ounce of personal effort in their espresso drinks. I only went because it's Christmas and nothing else was open. I drove less than a mile away and got my latte in five minutes. From a Starbucks. Like it should have taken. One star because it was Christmas.

Great Employees first and foremostSmall portions with diminishing quality food menu [for the most part]"You can always tell where the economy stands by Starbucks cutbacks"I use this Starbucks pretty often. It's closures seem random but other than that the service and speed is consistently "not so bad".They seem to have more experienced people working at this particular location on a typical day. There are rarely back to back cars in drive-thru line. Most items are in stock when requested.2/28/2022Seems like the closures have ceased[?]. Probably to do with better over all business and employee retention?"Consistently pretty solid. I frequent this business 3-4x per week to late."The wait in line is often a little longer than most drive-thrus however there is OTR and food delivery congestion demands from a relatively small work space. I feel that overall they make a great effort and do a good ? job.

Great service every time. I'm always greeted when I walk in. I want to give a shout out to Tristyn for her excellent batista skills and creative drink ideas.

The employee should improve his behavior with the customer. I was exposed to a very bad situation with the employee. The way he dealt with me was very bad

Very rude bald dude gave me the wrong drink had took a sip thinking it's mine and he rudely asked for it back I had told him I put my mouth on it and didn't care don't know if he still gave it to whoever ordered it like that but I don't care that he asked for it back but it was just the way he asked for it back
