Customer service today annoyed me. Staff was complaining about their hand hurts. I am so over it. I just need my drink and food. Unprofessional behavior constantly complaining and whining.

I am SO impressed with the excellent customer service this place offers. I was greeted with such positivity and kindness. Best thing was seeing others treated just and nice. And if you had a small wait, you were offered water. Very relaxing

This place unfortunately is pure chaos. Had my order stolen not one, not 2 but 3 times. Sigh. There should be a better system for this place. Don't believe your app. If it says "your order is ready in 5 minutes" it means 45 minutes. Then someone will steal it and they will say "you can wait for your order again or go to the cashier for a refund" So another 15-20 minutes on a Saturday morning. Is it worth this long? Absolutely not.

0 stars. Agree with the other yelpers, this one one of the WORST locations. Drinks are NEVER made correct & theres an extreme LACK of customer service here. I don't know what it is about this specific location, but the drinks are always half assed and the baristas focus more on socializing with each other instead of servicing customers. Very unwelcoming environment. For a properly made drink, I would go to the Arena Blvd or Natomas Crossing store instead.

This is absolutely the worst location in Sacramento. The so call manager "Jorge" is the rudest person I've ever encountered in that capacity. The wait is beyond ridiculous.
