This place unfortunately is pure chaos. Had my order stolen not one, not 2 but 3 times. Sigh. There should be a better system for this place. Don't believe your app. If it says "your order is ready in 5 minutes" it means 45 minutes. Then someone will steal it and they will say "you can wait for your order again or go to the cashier for a refund" So another 15-20 minutes on a Saturday morning. Is it worth this long? Absolutely not.
10/10 for Greg! He is so awesome! He offered samples to the guests in store and the drink he gave out was so delish I ordered it and am no obsessed! The black tea with out milk and brown sugar is amazing. Such great customer service from Greg!

I am SO impressed with the excellent customer service this place offers. I was greeted with such positivity and kindness. Best thing was seeing others treated just and nice. And if you had a small wait, you were offered water. Very relaxing
