“This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area, I go out of my way to come to this location. The manager here is so kind to my disabled clients who come in with me for lunch. They take a little bit longer to order and she is so incredibly helpful respectful and patient with them. Their food is better quality to me and always tastes fresher. I will continue to come to this location out of all of my other options in the area“

“was here yesterday, craving a good meal after a long day of work. normally, i go thru the drive thru, today i was feeling different. to my surprise, as i walked in, i was greeted by an angel of a person. a black woman with locs and green glasses, i forgot to ask her name, treated me with the upmost respect i have ever had in my 22 years of living. you'd think i was at a five star restaurant the way her professionalism and kindness radiated. i order my food and went to the bathroom. it was the best and cleanest bathroom i have ever seen in so long, so clean i would not fear eating my meal inside there. of course, i did NOT eat in the bathroom anyways. my meal was served to me with a smile and kindness from the green glasses woman that made me the biggest fan of this taco bell for the rest of my life. i will be back tomorrow, the day after, and forever. lifechanging service.“
“The Taco Bell app had a problem that caused it to charge my credit card without the order being completed. Even though the app showed the purchase as incomplete, the staff (including the manager) provided me with my meal and made sure that my order was correct.“
“I have stopped at this Taco Bell several times on my way home from San Francisco to Sacramento. And I will tell you I have never been disappointed! The food is always awesome. There's a lady that I've seen there two or three times late night who was just the nicest. I don't know if they got a different recipe at this Taco Bell but it's always just the best“
“Okay, this is the best Taco Bell that I've been to in this area. I used to think it was a different one but this one has surpassed that by a million. The servings are what you would expect from Taco Bell but you actually get what you'd expect, the tacos and burritos are well incorporated so you aren't getting the first half of the burrito beans and the second half cheese and rice without beans. The staff is super nice and very fast because the line can get long. This is my new go to Taco Bell.“
“I usually don't give reviews but NAHOM deserves a damn award. I ordered via Drive-Thru then came to the window, paid and when I got to the 2nd window to pick up my food, the worker there was obviously zoned out with his phone. I was waiting at the window for almost a minute before he noticed me, he had a rude attitude so I just picked up my food and left. But, almost halfway home I realized that 2 of my burritos and one of my tacos were missing. I made a U-Turn and went back to the store. When I walked in, Nahom was right there at the register and I explained my whole situation to him. He apologized for his co-workers mistakes when serving me and pulled up my receipt on the computer and corresponded it with the bag and realized the store did make a mistake. He called the manager who authorized my missing food to be made. And when the food came out, he handed it to me apologizing for his co-workers issues again and explained that his mistakes were not a full and good representation of Taco Bell's training and policies. “This is the best Taco Bell in Natomas. Food and service are great. The lines can be long so sit tight. Don't park in front of the doors unless you want to wait for the drive thru line to die down so you can leave (you'll be there for a while).“
“This is still a good location but it seemed it was suffering from staff turnover. It seems okay now. The drive thru can be overwhelming when it bleeds out onto the street but they usually get it resolved rather quickly. Because of this the "atmosphere" took a hit. But overall, this is your typical Taco Bell. Other than its small parking lot, you can expect your usual experience.Parking: Limited parking lot.“
“To the young girl working the drive thru late tonight around 10pm thank you so much! You made our experience so much better! She answered all our questions, ensured order accuracy, and made it right when the line didn't make my food right! She immediately had them remake it and they did a great job! I can not eat the pita bread when it is deep fried for health reasons so I ordered a chalupa supreme with the pita bread uncooked (the way it comes on the cheesy Gordita crunch) it's called a chicken Gordita supreme and was on the Taco Bell menu for over 20 years before they discontinued it. Anyways they made it right and then to top it off they did not forget my nacho cheese! Thank you all for being there so we could get food at such a late hour! We appreciate you. I normally don't eat out but I just got out of hospital for health issues and they said I could eat solid foods so of course we stopped at the bell on the way home! Thanks yall“
“I always loved this taco bell ,until the other night when i got home and realized they had spit in the bag all over my food. i still have the bag and i am contemplating taking legal actions against them .i have the dna of the individual who spit and im very disappointed in this behavior..Bodily fluids on my food. such a horrible experience“

“it's the bell, good place for to get amaramex food or a quick snack9/28 I tried using the Taco Bell app to place an order that I would pick up at the restaurant. I went through the menu picked everything that I wanted and then when I clicked the checkout button the app locked up and wouldn't let me do anything else. Needless to say I was not impressed.“
“I came to the mall with my mother and we stopped by Taco Bell to eat. A man there named Kenneth was working and dealing with a lady who was extremely demanding. He did everything she asked with professionalism and then helped my mother and I. He was extremely respectful and didn’t let the previous encounter transfer over to ours. He kept a smile on his face and had a great attitude. He went above and beyond for us as I am picky. He was absolutely wonderful! I can’t wait to see him and his great energy my next visit.“

“On our way to Tahoe we stopped into this Taco Bell on Thursday night 7/13 around 10 pm. The male cashier provided amazing service. He was kind, attentive and seemed like a very warm soul. Taco Bell is beyond lucky to have this gentleman as an employee.Vegetarian options: He provided a black bean substitution for the cheesy gordita and ensured we had all the sauces we needed.“
“We ordered the chalupa boxes here and they came in cute little trays. Get your fill and it's pretty cheap, plus it comes with a drink! As for alcohol, we had a couple beers each. The vending machine they use to fill was awesome. They pour the beer from the bottom of the glass. Pretty neat!“

“Food is hot and miss lol but this review is more or so for the customer service last night. I ordered some food for the kids got home and a few items are missing I called they said that they can replace it if I wanted to pick it up tonight or put my name down and have it replaced tomorrow which today I went to Taco Bell and they replaced it right away. They were very helpful. I appreciate the cashiers friendliness and her eagerness to get everybody's orders ready to go. I know Taco Bell gets a bad rap, but I believe their customer service is getting better.“
“I want to thank the team working yesterday. I came in around 5pm yesterday with my family for dinner. It was clearly busy and I can hear them communicating about the orders and it just felt like a positive work environment. They forgot my tacos but everything else was right. I loved how gracious they were about it. Wish every restaurant chose awesome team players like this! I also want to mention that this location is always clean. When I sat down I could tell they just wiped down the tables.“
“I loved the Doritos tacos, I also wanted the crispy cheese chalupa but they were out that's the only reason for the four stars. I felt sorry for these kids because they were short staffed and the line was long...I was there 20 minutes waiting at the drive thru. I was patient because this is what's happening now everywhere.“
