I'm not a usual coffee drinker but I stopped by today after smelling the bakery items a couple days ago. The cafe is located in Mercy General Hospital Plaza. The place is simply but warmly decorated. I got a strawberry croissant that was baked this morning and a regular sized mocha. The owner was super friendly and offered me a discount since I had to wait a couple minutes. I tried to decline but she insisted. Wow! I really enjoyed everything. I will likely be a regular customer

Great place, peaceful and a good place to do your work/schoolwork at. The owners are friendly and they always seem to cheer me up on a low day. The food is great, my favorite are the breakfast burritos. Regina's cilantro sauce is also the greatest and I highly recommend it as a side for your salad, sandwiches, or burritos.

Parking is easy if you work at the hospital, but anybody can make it in if you just look for a parking spot somewhere nearby. I came here before in August and I met the owners and let me tell you what the most wonderful people. I was able to do a photo session and they treated me like a Houston King over here I was so impressed to find Southern hospitality so far from home. I told all of my media friends about you and you can expect some special visitors to come for pictures and coffee!

Little tiny coffee shop busting full of great pastries and coffee . This is very small establishment with minimal parking, but beside that it’s great to go there and delicious tasting food . Staff are very friendly and kind .

The barista, without giving me an option to select a tip went and selected a $3.00 tip off of my card on a $9.00 purchase. Would you just reach into someone's wallet and take three dollars out for yourself? Shady business practice, no thanks.

First of all this is a chocolate croissant appreciation review. The chocolate croissants here are chock full of chocolate and so rich and delicious. You can't eat it too quick so as not to have a chocolate overload. You have to take it one bite of chocolaty goodness at a time. Also the staff are super nice and friendly. I don't remember the name of the staff member that makes the drunks, but they always give good suggestions.Parking: Plenty of parking.

It's been a very early morning! I was going to walk over to the Mercy cafeteria but I smelled the intoxicating smell of coffee being roasted! There's a coffee shop conveniently located in the mercy plaza. I had a warm vanilla latte it was smooth and delicious. I also had a big oatmeal cookie, it was perfect; big, chewy and crispy on the outside. The staff was friendly. They also sell the best caramel corn in the world, Carmazzi Caramel Corn!

The only thing good about having my husband in the hospital for a week was being able to visit Tiferet for coffee and a friendly smile. Their coffee and snacks are delicious and the staff are kind and welcoming. I was grateful they had wifi to do a little work and escape the hospital vibe with some fun background music and a warm, peaceful environment. Would recommend a visit, even if you aren't visiting the hospital or Medical Center. An awesome woman-owned business you should support and a great alternative to the hospital cafeteria.

(Inside Mercy General Hospital) This is the best coffee house. Sabrina (boriqua). The meaning of her shop Tiferet means " Glory". Coffee is great, she has a wonderful spirit and a strong female business owner. If you have a chance to stop by it will give you a positive spirit of energy. Sometimes that's what one needs when you're at the hospital... That's what I needed , and I left with a positive spirit and a smile. Thank you Sabrina.
