Zia's sandwiches are amazing. Their soft rolls are the best! They are attentive to customer requests and even large orders are always made perfectly. Owners and staff always provide excellent customer service, even when they are super busy.

I love Zia's! They have the best sandwiches in town. I don't know if it's their fresh ingredients or soft bread, but it satisfies every time. They offer several other Italian side dishes, but you can't go wrong with one of their deli sandwiches. Must try!

As a member of the Capitol community, I've come to this sandwich shop for years. The food is delicious but comes with the caveat of dealing with a rude manager named Angela. Today I had an issue with my order. She was rude, disrespectful, and hung up on me mid sentence. I came on here to read the reviews and it appears that this is a common experience with Angela. And the plot thickens... It looks like Angela is the daughter of the owners which is why she feels she can be so rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Zia's sandwiches are delicious. My wife loves the bread the sandwiches are made from. My only reason for giving 4 stars in lieu of 5 is because of service. Yesterday I called the downtown store at 2:25pm to order 2 sandwiches. Female answered the phone and I told her that I wanted to order the sandwiches. She responded that they were swamped and couldn't take my order. I said ok. Since I live blocks away from the deli, I decided to just drive there and wait in line. Upon arrival, at 2:30pm, I entered the store. There were no customers, I ordered my sandwiches and was in and out within minutes. I guess they weren't as swamped as I was told or they quickly filled all the orders and all the customers left. Was I misled so they could close the shop on time at 3:00pm? I'm just posting this to make the owners aware. Zia makes great, delicious sandwiches.

Theie food is always of the highest quality and fresh. Wonderful sandwiches, salads & pastries. It also is italian food market with a very selective & quality products from pastas, sauces, etc, etc.
These are some scrumptious sandwiches!!! I would give a 10 star rating.

Good quality. However simple enough that I probably won't be back. Can make the same thing at home for much cheaper. But if you don't want to make something and want a simple, clean tasting sandwich, this place is a good choice.
