Jonzing for some Mexican food after a 10 hour work day in Ripon, and staying at the La Quinta hotel; I noticed a Mexican restaurant across the way and decided to check it out... Ordered a Pollo Super Burrito to go and was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! The chips added to the mix was EXCELENTE!!! Wish I lived closer because this would be my GO TO spot!!!

Finally found them! It seems that they lost their store front during the pandemic but they are back in truck form! Just had their huge quesadilla and their tamales. Pretty authentic, super quick service and best all, priced well for the quality/food that you get. The quesadillas had great flavor. We got a huitlacoche quesadilla, the cheese was very good, hand made tortillas and the salsa on it was very flavorful. I can't wait to try some more of their offerings!
