Restaurantji's Salida recommendations for the finest Mexican cuisine.
“I want a Tonys taco shirt! I would be a walking billboard for this place because it’s the best Mexican food in Salida and surrounding areas. Even people from out of town come here just to go to Tony’s tacos. Wish they could get here in the morning and start making breakfast burritos… I bet those would be good. Everything that comes out of this taco truck is good! If you want great Mexican food Go Here!!!!“
“Our households favorite taco truck in the area. The tacos and burritos are a little skimp occasionally depending on who’s working, but the food is consistently good.Be warned though, the salsa is HOT! Damn good though. They also have verde if you want another sauce option.“
“Ordered takeout. Lady (I'm assuming owner?) was very friendly, chatting about and to my son. Offered to help bring the food out to my car since I was holding my son.Order the Pico de Gallo. Super fresh. My wife would go back just for it.I got a burrito mojado that was quite tasty. Wife got a 2 taco meal. We'd both go backParking: Shared lot is smaller, but still easy to get a spot“
“we loved the food presentation in traditional plates, (barro). The food was some great and some bad.Birria was delicious. the tenderness, right spices, and condiments tasted really fresh. I do recomend.Aporriadillo was one of a kind. If you like spicy food, you will love this plate, served with delicious rice and beans some garnish. This is a must have in here if you like this type of plate.Menudo: Don't try it. It was sweet. like if they had added ketchup or some sweet condiment. I don't recommend it.Sopitos were delicious. Those are served on a small thin tortilla, not so much of the mass. They had a delicious flavor.Enchiladas had an awesome presentation but the souce they put in it is also sweet. Is like if they are soaked in a sweet molito. Don't expect the traditional michoacan flavor or texture. they are ok. Not the best. recommend.Hot chocolate, drink, is a must have. Perfect flavor and foamy.“
“Me and my coworkers tried the burritos and got a vampiro taco with it.First, the burrito was on point. Good ratio of rice, whole pinto beans and finely cut carne asada. Also had sour cream, onions, cilantro, and that green sauce. ?But there Star of the show was the vampiro taco. I don't know how, I don't know why but that thing is fire ??? I haven't stopped thinking about that dang thing. I'm coming back and I'm getting 10 of them things.Clean establishment, friendly staff and delicious food. What else do you want?“
