Just got home with a bagel and if I didn't check if my order was right I wouldn't have found this. Very bad service to start with. It wasn't like this before they used to be on it.

Came in for the first time to order a bagel and got made fun of and snickered at after I accidentally made a mistake while ordering. Very rude service for such an average bagel.

I have been coming here for over I have been coming here since i was a kid back in the 80s and i guess they have new owners but OMG this place is not at all what it used to be I was waiting on a review on a new hire because was her first day, she messed it up, ok. Then waited a couple months because the place already had started going downhill and one slice of turkey on my sandwich and stale stuff. Ok... then same girl with nose ring several months back that messed up my first order which i get it, first day, made my sandwich bagel, which like i said comes with one slice of the meat, a ton of onions, and nothing else you actually want. I asked for a bag pf potato chips. I got home and realized my chips were STALE. I went back and told her this and not even the about it until SHE SAID WHAT I ONLY CHARGED YOU A DOLLAR FOR THEM!!! wow didn't know i was supposed to be grateful to pay my hard earned money for stale food?!? I was totally just going to let all this go but ONCE again since i used to love this place until yet another crappy visit, spent too much money and it was all bad like last so many times since apparently new owner since a few years back. Miss the old bagel bakery it used to be. Over priced and minimal meat and not fresh produce on it. Sad...

I like their food. Just don't like they are always in a rush... I made my order, and the lady kept asking fast what I wanted on it, and of course my order was wrong! Hope they slow down and try not to memorize an order and ask again to confirm everything is good.

Terrible service, the guys were good. But the girls they have now suck. Will never go back, don't recommend it at all.

How difficult is it to screw up a bagel? Well now I know, its not that hard..I'm assuming it was the owner that helped me this morning. She was polite but was talking on the phone while taking my order.I had ordered a New Yorker "not toasted". Not only did she toast it, but it was pretty obvious when she wrapped it up that it was BURNT!I didn't see that she had toasted it so I thought nothing of it.When I went to pay, she hovered over me when the "Tip" option came up. I did the usual 10% tip and she scoffed at me.First of all, don't hover over someone when they are tipping you, second be thankful for any tip because it isn't required for the customer to tip you, and third but lastly, DON'T BURN MY BAGEL!Rant over, never coming back.

Short Latina with the nose piercing is rude and unprofessional. I don’t think the owner has trained her with good customer service.If she does not like assisting customers, then why put her in the front.

I arrived at their front door at 3:47pm on a Monday. The hours state they are open until 4pm. The door was open and the open sign was in but as soon as i walked on the clerk told me they were closed. She didn't say they were low staffed or had an issue just that they were closed. Waste of time and this is on my 30 minute lunch break.... if they want to close early, close the door turn off the light. i will not be back.

We have been coming here at least once a week for ages. Despite the service being consistently slow, the quality of sandwiches was worth it. The servers are always very sweet, so this review is not a reflection on them at all. The quality of food has gone down while the prices have gone up. Our sandwiches today were WAY overpriced and when we got home they were clearly not fresh ingredients. The bagels were hard and the lettuce was brown. I hope the new owners pay attention to all the negative reviews and make some changes. For now, they've lost a regular customer.

I give it ". 01 star". There isn't that option tho. This place was HORRIBLE !! Horrible service, rude as hell, wanted toy charge me 5 bucks for cream cheese for one bagel. Their bagels apparently do not come with cream cheese, which is fine but 5 bucks to toast and creamy cheese plus price of bagel? Ridiculous!! I'm telling l everyone I know to NOT buy from here!!!!

New owners. Service is VERY slow. Supply boxes stacked in the lobby area, not a clean, organized look. I ordered a small Thai tea with boba blended. They messed it up TWICE. The first one was iced, not blended. The second one had no boba. I waited over 5 minutes for each attempt, and there was only one other customer in the store.
