Today the New Yorker I ordered did not have capers and I had to pull it apart to look for the cream cheese which was barely wiped on as if they only were cleaning the knife used to barely touch the cream cheese. Lox need cream cheese!!! The staff making it kept asking each other how a New Yorker is made yet the list of ingredients was on the wall right above them.
The food has gone downhill the last 2 years. They used to use quality ingredients but are cutting corners immensely. Their Turkey meat used to be wonderful, but now they are using the cheap deli meat in a bag. Tastes horrible, and I don't understand why they changed it when their Turkey sales are one of their biggest!

I like their food. Just don't like they are always in a rush... I made my order, and the lady kept asking fast what I wanted on it, and of course my order was wrong! Hope they slow down and try not to memorize an order and ask again to confirm everything is good.
