Serve your food while you're stuck in the drive-thru so by the time you get out and get home, the food is cold and soggy.I tried walk-up ordering to avoid cold soggy food and instead I got a rude and unprofessional employee. I spoke to the Owner manager Jordan who did not believe me. Instead he says she's a stellar employee. May be he believes that because no one has taken the time to speak to him about it!This is the worst store I've been to! I will stick to the great service I receive in San Jose!

Today I placed a big order , when I got home I was missing 8 piece nuggets , 2 spicy deluxe sandwich. I called them and the manager I spoke to was rude . I drive all The way back and picked it up. When I got home the lettuce was so bad it was literally brown (disgusting) I called them back and I spoke to Jordan she was very nice and apologized and asked to go back. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back across town again. This Salinas chic-fil-A sucks ??

Great swift service. Nothing they can do right now about the 120+ car lines they are getting. As of right now this CFA is doing drive through only until the lines die down a bit and are not doing the chick fil a app until the reopen curbside pickup. That mac n cheese is just the best for a fast food place!
