This place is a must go to!! You can setup your own personal combo of things as sauces, seasonings, vegetables, etc. Everything tastes super fresh and delicious. I didn't catch the girls name working tonight but she was very kind, asked how my day was and what I had planned, it's just nice to have a little conversation while they prep your food. Been here a few times in the past few years and the quality and taste has always been great! One of the top few poke bowl places I have every been to. As a vegetarian, they have an amazing array of options (quite a few for vegans too)! The sauces are the key here and bring everything together. The portion sizes are more than fair- they are actually quite large. You can really add so much that compliments each other. My absolute go to for a Poke bowl in Salinas. Ingredients always taste fresh. Female owner is friendly and I’ve had great experiences with employees being the same. Highly recommend the spicy mayo and hot Cheeto flakes on top.
