Very well organised and accessible restaurant. They serve large portions and for inexpensive prices. We enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff were super attentive and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Chinese food and service here is better than most. Honestly my favorite evening place. Prices were fair. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I liked.

One of my preferred spots for chinese food. service is prompt even when they are busy. i will probably become a regular. the bill was fair. food is similar to a place in san francisco i loved.

Ok location for delicious chinese food. super tasty. service is consistently above par. prices are appropriate for the quality. i can see why they have a lot of good reviews.

I attempted to buy a Thai iced tea (bubble tea) here, as it's my fav drink!! I've made it at home before so I know that it's brewed. Here, it's made with a powder. It did not taste right. Furthermore, they keep their tapioca bubbles in the cups on the counter and when I ate one, it crumbled like chalk in my mouth. Not worth $5.45! I hadn't even left the restaurant, I turned right around and asked for my cash back. The gal refused. I told her to get her manager. She cave back and told me there are no refunds without a receipt, which she saw me throw in the trash next to the counter!! I was the only person in the place and she had literally just served me! Her manager finally came out and authorized a refund. Terrible service and nasty powdery chalky bubble tea! Not recommended!

The food here isn't bad, the noodles and rice are not dried up. The broccoli beef and orange chicken are not the best but they are also not the worst I've eaten. Now I would have rated it three to four stars if I had not stayed in the restaurant to eat but I did and while sitting in the booth I looked up at the wall and my appetite had gone away. On the wall was tons of what appeared to be fruit flies. I counted about 70 fruit flies around the dining area. I looked around the food area and there was no flies which was satisfying to see. I was disappointed while ordering and seeing that the worker hadn't even tried the food. My grandmother asked her if the rice was okay and not too dry and the worker had said she didn't know and she's never tried it. When my grandmother ate what was supposed to be kung pao chicken she noticed an off taste and asked me to try some too. I tried it and immediately put it into a napkin. The chicken had a funny smell to it and tasted spoiled. They asked us to throw away the plate and just gave us a new one with broccoli beef and orange chicken. I would say that if you're going to eat here then ask to sample stuff first to make sure it's okay since they said they'd allow three samples. The food itself isn't bad just the atmosphere and customer service were not pleasing. From the peeling walls to the fruit flies surrounding the area I can not rate this any higher than a two.

Every experience I've had in this restaurant has been negative. From their pricing (which makes no sense), to only redeeming a mall employee discount if they're paying cash - the owners don't seem to have an explanation for either. They charge $4.50 for a small side of steamed rice. This is the same price for the fried rice and chow mein sides for the same size! Panda express charges HALF that price for plain white rice. You would think the employees of the mall would be the customers they were trying to win over, but we're the ones that have to jump through the most hoops to get fair pricing from this place. Beside the atmosphere issues, the food itself isn't anything to return for. I almost always have digestive issues after consuming their cooking, which is why I usually would try to pick up just plain rice... Save your money, walk the extra length of the mall to get to PANDA EXPRESS (the real deal to this copy cat).

Omg the best Orange chicken and broccoli beef. Me and my sistahs can't get over it! We come every time we pass the mall. Try dat blended Mango boba

This place is the worst. I tried this for the first time ever, and it was gross. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I barely ate anything from it and I immediately felt sick. And their customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

This "restaurant" IS a joke. I found hair in my food. Not even one strand, but TWO. Either it was dog hair or an elderly's gray hairs. It was deep inside my chicken. If you decide to eat here, please check your food before putting it in your mouth. Not worth consuming. Customer service was disappointing as well. Girls were on their phone when we arrived. We were not welcomed. As we were getting our change, the girl dropped the change and did not even bother to grab it. We just left it. The girl decided not to put our food in a tray. She literally took our money and left. We had to reach over and grab our cokes (which were right next to the register). Please hire staff that aren't careless high schoolers. This restaurant needs to learn the value of customer service.

This place is a joke. Food is old and crusty. I asked the girl what a certain dish was and her response was "I don't know." Okay? And you work here? I then asked her what was in another dish and she again responded, "I really have no idea." I really have no idea how you work in a restaurant and don't know what you're serving. Even the disgusting panda express is a win over this place.
