I go here for Caldo de res, and imo they have the best fried breaded chicken around. Their Menudo broth is a little fattier Mama Lupitas and Fish n Chips but comes with more than just tripe which I love, and its available regularly everyday. The lady at the register is always super nice and service is always quick. Prices are very fair for what you get.

I was really craving a soup and this place is close to my house so I decided to try it. I tried the caldo de res (beef soup). I was really disappointed. The broth had no flavor. I'm not sure if they don't make the broth from scratch (with bees bones) or they didn't add beef bouillon but it was bland. Even after I added salt it was not good. I will say though, the rice and beans were really good. That's what saved this place from less stars. They gave me 3 salsas and all of them are tomatillo (green tomatoes) based, not a big fan. I will try this place and try something different. I'll change my review accordingly.

I always order the carne asada fries, big enough to feed 2. The service is fast and the employees are friendly. Picture menu is goated. They got the tv going and some music playing so it isn't an awkward environment. Would recommend but I only try the asada fries, super quesadilla and their Micheladas.

Si sierran a las 9 yo llego al tiempo y me quedo hasta que hagan el orden correcto. La cagan cada vez que vengo! Como lo hacen de adrede? if you asked for refried beans and they repeat your order they will more than likely give you whatever they feel like giving you. Salsa verde has been turned in they don’t even try, I’ll stay 10 after closing til they make my order right, especially if they’re sulking about it, if their hours state they close at 9 I’ll be there 5 minutes before closing you can tend your last customer when you make an order incorrectly, you can’t close whenever you want if they’re are hours of business stated otherwise some people are worse than me when it come to wait times. Horchata is sub par very warm and watery. Not at all like Taquitos on north main completely different!

We usually go to the Taquitos Restaurant that's near our house but one night it was closed for a family party so I went to the Taqueria after a long absence. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the service was quick, and the food was very good. My wife wanted taquitos and said they were the best she's had lately. I had a tostada mixta which was good but so juicy it leaked all over the bag on the way home. It wasn't as spicy as I'm used to and the variety of marisocos was limited, but it was delicious. This is a nice place and whenever my wife wants taquitos I'll be back.
