I love this place and always DoorDash the junior teriyaki tofu bowl. Previously, we would consistently get two extra teriyaki sauces to add to the bowl. For the past 3 months, there have been 7 orders we get consistently with no sauce in the bowl or on the side. Inclusively, there is no option on DoorDash to leave a comment or purchase more teriyaki sauce. It is not a teriyaki bowl if there is no teriyaki! Please include the sauce!!

HORRIBLE customer service in Salinas! The cashier with curly hair was rude and creepy. He clearly has ZERO customer service skills. Worst of all, the manager was present, heard and saw everything, and did nothing about it. I will never go there again. I should've asked for a refund and taken my business elsewhere. $20 didn't get me much food either. Very disappointed.

Food was good like always. We ordered regular and a large and they had the same amount of chicken. That was really disappointing since we've gone to the marina location and this was not the case. Might as well get the small if the protein portions will be the same. Someone will probably reach out saying the portions are measured so next time I'll bring a food scale ;)

This applies only to the Salinas location: the restaurant has cut back the amount of chicken/prot8they put in their dishes. I consistently see about half the amount of chicken in the bowls than before. Looks like the owner is attempting to cut costs. The bowl is no longer worth it. I won't return to this particular location. Also, the quality of the orange chicken has been reduced by a bit. It is no longer as tasty, and it looks worse than before.I really wish this wasn't the case, because I really liked this place.

I have had no problems in the past. I have had an horrible experience the past 4/5 times. The wait time is long and i order online well before arriving. Also, the side of meat has been less than 8oz as advertised online. I know this because i like to use this as meal prep.

Got a large pile of rice that I didn't ask for. Asked for noodle and chicken to go. I got vegetables and rice with like 4 pieces of chicken. The place was not busy. I regret leaving a tip. This is not the first time they send me off with the wrong order. I Will pass on the overcooked chicken and sticky rice. Won't be going back
