Came here right before they were about to close. They had a good variety of options and the service was very accommodating. I ended up getting the strawberry cheese cake with 2 scoops which was pretty good. They also allow you to have samples which I enjoyed because sometimes I don't always pick the right one. They have a small seating section inside but noticed that they have a ton of seating outdoors. I'm sure on a nice day it can get pretty busy here.

I went to baskin robins today and the service was excellent . The young lady that attended me was Yaslin, she was the best, too bad she's quitting bc they don't pay her good , she deserves a better pay for the hard work and dedication she puts in scooping ice cream and always putting a smile on her clients but overall she's amazing

This Baskin-Robbins location gives the smallest scoops that are literally child size for adults. $8 for a double scoop sunday with 2 tiny scoops of ice cream that would barely even pass for a single scoop at other locations. You can literally get a whole tub of ice cream for half that amount they charge. Rip off imo. And the checkout screen has the nerve to ask how much you want to tip them LOL!!!!! If you want a tip how about giving customers the proper size scoop they are paying for & instead of teaspoon size scoops. I don't blame the employees as it seems they are trained to do it this way. It's the management that's skimping on the ice cream.

2 stars for the cake only. I am in a wheelchair & sent my caregiver to pickup the cake I ordered online. She said there were 4 employees in the store & she was the only customer. One employee looked twice for the cake and told my caregiver she was at the wrong store. She asked them to look it up by my phone number. Surprise, the cake was found. 15 minutes of frustration & delay and no apology. None of the other employees stepped in to help. Your system is broken for online orders & your employees are clueless on how to serve customers. Loved the cake, hated I had to listen to someone, who was doing me a favor, complain.

Night time crew has no customer service. Especial phenix we had been waiting in line, she acted like she was busy. A friend of hers walks in and she helped him. She has discriminated my husband and I . Closed your stores if you can not have great staff.
Have been trying to reach this store to confirm my order which was charged but never received an order confirmation for like previous orders. Phone rings directly to voicemail that isn't set up. No other way to contact this store other than showing up and that's pretty inconvenient.

This review is for the customer service. I went in on 5/31 to use the bogo coupon I received fromBaskin Robbins in my email & on the app for pre pack quarts buy 1 get 1 50% off. For what ever reason, it didn't work and the cashier and another associate were rude and told me I was wrong and the coupon was not good bc the pre pack was already discounted. I showed them the coupon in my email and app and they didn't care. I went to Burlingame and used it no problem. And the cashier was very nice there. Will not shop at this BR again.

BEWARE!!!!! If you're walking in and you get a female by the name of phoenix helping you out be prepared to get attitude,rolling eyes & lots of sighs. I don't know if getting a small customer rush gets her acting like this but if it does then girl you need to find another job. There were 2 other girls working that weren't acting like this. So Baskin Robbins management, if you're reading this please train your employees to be a bit more professional especially working around families & kids. My encounter happened on 4/16/2023 in the evening.

I always forget there's a Baskin Robbins at the Bay Hill Plaza. I love going to this Baskin Robbins versus the Daly City one because it's typically less crowded and more calm or quiet in the area. I also never have issues with parking.I love all their flavors, but my go to for today was their:- Holiday Peppermint- Wild and Reckless- Chocolate Peanut ButterService was great, fast, and ice cream delicious always! Staff was personable, patient, and kind. DEFINITELY, COMING BACK REAL SOON FOR MY BASKIN ROBBINS FIX!
