Loved this cute little spot! The omakase sushi, tofu skin w 3 spoons, chicken karrage, and corn tempura were absolute standouts. The beef croquette was good, but not particularly special. Wonderful inviting place for something special, but you’ll leave and wanna do this regularly! Definitely going to try the full omakase menu sometime.
We ordered fried chicken skin, shishito peppers, a variety of skewers, uni nigiri (very fresh), braised pork belly, and uni toro. Also got fried oysters. Small restaurant. It was more challenging to bring kids here - menu and ambiance more suited for adults but restaurant was super nice to us. Pretty nice execution, convenient location in a strip plaza.

Ok, so if you never had true Wagyu let me tell you get it here! I don’t usually go to Japanese restaurants but have started more recently and I’m in love with the politeness, the culture of privacy and respect it’s very pleasant. The sake was super good. Loved the atmosphere 5/5 on food, 5/5 for flavor and 5/5 for design. And it’s 6 minutes away from the San Francisco Airport.
