Hi!! This was my very first visit at a Popeyes and was definitely GREAT! ? The Cashier (Kevin) was extremely polite, courteous and friendly. I had questions about the Menu, in which he patiently took his time to answer and also offered some menu suggestions for me.The food was SUPERB! The franchises are very good, I think the owners have a Super exquisite recipe. Unfortunately the staff is only there because they want their salary but they are not at all interested in customer satisfaction. I think the owners should train the staff better. I can't speak badly about the food, it's very delicious, the staff makes everything poor 5 stars for the owners 0 stars for the staff

Entered through a side door because of a sketchy looking man between the door and the parking lot. Inside a very nice lady took my order. 20 minutes later, no food. I refilled my drink then asked about my order. Fortunately I had my receipt because they hadn't even started on it yet.
