Gerson was an incredibly helpful manager and the pies are delicious!Review of service:As we had never been to Shari's and it was close, we ordered delivery from here. When we ordered, we had a bit of an issue with them not having pies in stock but Gerson was supremely helpful with offering us alternatives. Even with all the help, he also went above and beyond and offered to take care of us the next time we came by. A few days later, we decided to get some pies in person and Gerson was there to help us once again. He not only remembered my name, was immensely personable, but also provided us with stellar customer service in general. I will absolutely be coming back whenever I'm in the area and craving some pies and definitely recommend going if only for just the pies!Review of pies:My friends and I had a variety of pie slices (chocolate creme supreme pie, sour cream lemon pie, lemon meringue pie, deep dish Washington apple pie, sweet Montana cherry pie, strawberry rhubarb delight pie, and a tropical coconut cream pie) all of which were unanimously delicious and reasonably priced. Shari's is our go-to pie place now.

First, the pies are delicious! We’ve tried half the varieties and they are all amazing! If you’re looking for a delicious homemade pie, this is the place to go!Second, the Manager Gerson is one of a kind! We had a small hiccup with an order we had placed and he told us he would make it up to us on our next visit. Not only did he remember us by name, he took amazing care of us, and has definitely cemented himself and Shari’s Pies as our go to in the area! I’m so genuinely inspired by this level of professionalism and kindness in the service industry! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was plenty of parking available when we arrived. We were seated and served almost immediately. The only disappointment we had was having only two options left for pies when we arrived and when we ordered our three prime rib steaks. The medium rare steak was rare and bleeding. The medium prime rib was medium rare with the pink inside. The rare prime rib was what you would expect. The staff was willing to bring the food back in to correct the mistake, but our party was fine with keeping them as is.I recommend their Belgian waffle as a dessert.

We sat for 20 min and our server just ignored us. We weren't even asked what we wanted to drink. She finally noticed us and said I will send someone to take your order and 15 min later we walked out. It was hard on our 3 year old grand daughter.

Good cafe style food and the pies are wonderful. The real gem though is the staff, especially the evening manager - I think his name is Gerson. I usually order food to go and everything we've had (to-go and eat-in) has been good. I miss that they are not 24-hours anymore because we are night owls, but they are still open pretty late.

We recently enjoyed a delicious dinner at Shari's! We had the Grilled Top Sirloin with pilaf, hashbrowns, and a dinner roll, and the Sourdough Patty Melt with fries. Both were delicious! A nice surprise was the Wednesday special free slice of pie with each entrée! We got a slice each of the Chocolate Cream Supreme and the Marionberry Cheese Pie - yum!We were very pleased with our dining experience and with our kind and courteous server and highly recommend Shari's for their delicious food at great prices, comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service!
