“This is by far my favorite spot to get a good chicken Philly cheese steak. My advice, don't skimp on the chicken California. It's so good and I get it with extra cheese which is so worth it. Side of fries and a crisp fountain drink will set you up for success and definitely a food coma. I also tried their buffalo chicken version which was good but I'll stick to the chicken California. It's in a mall so atmosphere is a little plain. Overall I plan to keep coming back for more.Parking: It's a mall so depending on the time there is usually plenty of parking. “Cheesesteak hoagie for dine in was excellent. I’ve been to pretty much every cheesesteak place in OC and this one doesn’t disappoint. It’s also cleaner than some of the other more dive places such as in Costa Mesa at Frank’s. I’ve ordered delivery from here before but eating in was MUCH better. The fact that they open so early at 9:30am is awesome and there were a fair number of early customers there at that time as I was.Tips:- Ask for mayo on the bread on your cheesesteak.
