Delahunt Brewing Steve and I recently got to try and we both enjoyed the beer that we shared. The name of the beer was Elotes Libre which was an IPA. Better than some IPA's I have had of late this refreshing beer has flavor features of hoppy, tropical, fruity and sweet. But it's not too sweet. I don't like my beers to taste like Kool-Aid or soda and that isn't usually a problem with IPA's but more with sours. But still, much appreciated that it wasn't too sweet. Service was spectacular - I had a ton of questions which Fanny - answered with speed, experience, and wit. The overcast hazy IPA which she recommended is now one of my favorite beers. Thank you!

I stopped by last week as I spotted the brewery off PCH. I ordered a Supernova cherry sour. Sours are usually hit or miss at a brewery. The sour was amazing and the brewery had a nice vibe. I will be back.
