“I went into JM last week for my usual (#11 with rosemary parm, lettuce, pickles & onions) and there was an absolute GOAT working the line. When I showed up to pick up my mobile order, this young man apologized for the delay, as he was waiting for new bread to come out of the oven. There was plenty of bread left, but this absolute king made sure I had the BEST sandwich of my life. I am grateful to say he succeeded in making the best JM sandwich I have ever had. I didn't get his name before leaving, but whoever you are, thank you, young man, for doing something that truly did make my day last week. You the man!“
