Placed an order an hour before they closed for delivery. email given stated it would be delivered the next day, attempted to call location to cancel order as their website does not have a function for that, no response. Drive to the location to either pick up the order or cancel it, store closed early and did not update their hours, so now I have a sandwich being delivered a whole day late.

I ordered some sandwiches and the meat was left off one of them. I called and explained and they apologized and offered to deliver a replacement. I figured, it being a Sunday, I would be waiting a long time. But not 15 minutes later my sandwich was delivered. The roll was so fresh and tasty it was worth the wait!They added extra meat (enough to add to the empty sandwich) plus a coupon for a free sandwich. Jimmy John's in San Clemente went above and beyond to make things right. I highly recommend this location. L Marquis

This is my first time going to JJs. We needed something quick on our way to SD. My husband is a JJs fan (but he also likes subway so...) but I thought it couldn't be bad. Meh. I was not impressed at all. The bread almost looks like toy bread, the meat and well all of the toppings were lacking. I asked for cucumber and on a giant sized sandwich there were 6 total slices, one thin layer that didn't totally cover the bread. Was the food edible? Yes. My husband enjoyed his slightly more fancy sandwich. But we paid $40 for a giant and regular sandwich, 3 bags of chips, and 2 drinks. But I was not impressed at all.

I will be giving a "negative" review based on not being able to accommodate an allergy for a kids sandwich. It's not hard nor complicated to be able to do a lettuce wrap for a kids sandwich, we have a wheat intolerance and "corporate" doesn't allow them to do that... It's not hard use the same amount of meat of a kids sandwich and maybe even a leaf of lettuce less, and bam... A kids unwich. The man behind the counter was super helpful and nice and understanding, but his hands are tied. Sad day Jimmy Johns, your better than that.

I have been going to this location for a couple months now and the service is always great! The food is fresh and super tasty. I go in today during lunch and theres only one person working with a line and he got everyone their order while providing excellent customer service! Will keep coming back 100%

Great food. Recently went and they realized they rung in my order for a small sandwich when I got the large. Rather than charge me the difference, they made me another sandwich on the house without asking. Great customer service
