Located in a shopping center so plenty of parking and easy to find. I love fruit teas so I tried the Summer Passion and Strawberry Hibiscus both with light ice. They are flavored perfectly, not too sweet or watered down. Very refreshing especially for a super hot day. $5 isn't bad and they only have 1 size. They offer a stamp card although I didn't keep it since I'm not from the area. Staff was friendly and ready in just a few minutes.
If you're craving boba and dessert, this place is a must-try! The ice cream is amazing and the boba is on-point. Extensive menu and they do it well. We happened to go to San Clemente beach for the day and stopped by this place for a refresher. So yummy.

I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba less sweet. The tea had a great flavor with the perfect amount of creaminess.It was kind of a bummer though that their steamer for milk wasn't working so they don't have any hot drinks right now.
