Great service / Fast & Friendly/Hot & Tasty food; just at the right time.Dietary restrictions: We have a Sesame Allergy & they switch out the Sesame Bun for a Potatoe bun Everytime - Just ask!! We have had NO Exposures doing this at this chain.
Was looking for a quick lunch stop. Carls is typically not a terrible choice. Food was not fresh, but that's to be expected. It did the job, but the food could've been warmer. Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger w/ small fry.

You're the second Carlos Jr that I've gone into that has a kiosk to self-order. Both experiences have been pretty dismal. I definitely do not like to use the kiosk too small.If you like us to use the kiosk more, have on the first screen, the pictures of the combos and specials that you're running on your windows outside.Parking: Parking lot nice size. However there are multiple entrances and cars are rushing around.
