Got a deep dish with jalapeños and pepperoniThe sauce is robust and hearty not a drop in flavor in any bite, the crust and dough is crisp and bread dough like unlike cornmeal of the Midwest of some big names but it’s their own and enjoyable as well. The cheese/cheese pull was on point and cooked to perfection.Really reminded me of home <3Wish they had hot giardinara instead I know they sell it at world marketSo I might just have to top it off myself. Will come back again and again.

Still good, but no longer great. Some things changed after it was sold to new owners. The inside is way better with more tables, tvs and large bar now but the food isn't quite the same. This used to be our go to pizza and nothing was close, we came 1-2 times a week but now it's just maybe 1 time a month if that.

Loved their antipasto salad. And love that they have the dressing on the side so you can add as much or as little as you like. I don't generally like a lot of dressing on my salads so this was perfect. We got the thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Crunchy and the cheese and pepperoni are excellent. Definetly used the pepperoni which is nice because a lot of places don't put much on but they loaded it!!! The egg plant Parmesan spaghetti was very good and I don't generally like egg plant but loved this!!! Their deep dish pizza is amazing (had it years ago) I didn't realize I've never written a review. Very meaty and cheesy!! Superb!!

Great Chicago style best (worth the wait to bake) we have had here in San Diego we stopped by after an event at Snapdragon avoid traffic enjoy good food and beer. My kids had their chicken & fries they were happy. Antipasto salad was also very good and not bad prices always a perk. We will be back !

I ordered pizza take out and was disappointed. We drove a decent distance to try a different place, and we couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We ordered 3 pizzas, and they all were equally disappointing. The outside of each was burnt, yet the inside of the dough was still gooey so it didn’t cook through at their high heat. The dough tasted similar to cardboard despite the gooey center. As I’m writing this, I bit into the cardboard pizza box to verify that I’m not exaggerating, and behold, it’s the same flavor as the crust. The pizza sauce was mediocre, but not enough to elevate the discrepancies. My wife was particularly irked by the pickled jalapeños they placed on the pizza, and kept stating, “I could have just tossed these on myself!”This wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but I wouldn’t ever come back.

Love my Chicago Deep Dish. This place is good for San Diego. I would have given 5 stars but there was only one server to do all the work, on a Friday night. Slow serves at the bar because she was to busy taking phone calls.Kid-friendliness: They have board games to keep kids busy.

If you ever had real Chicago Deep dish pizza it will disappoint you! Not comparable to the quality they have at in Chicago from the sauce to the crust only thing I can say is decent is the cheese but even then the prices are ridiculous, never had to pay such a ridiculous price for deep dish in my life, also i don't have the best eye sight so when I asked the employee to help me read the menu he was not willing to read and told me to just look at the menu closer which I can understand if I wasn't the only person in the store but I was the only person so I call it being lazy. Thumbs down from me.

We have eaten at Chicago Brothers mostly for the deep dish pizza. It's supposed to be to be much like Lou Malnati's in Chicago but they missed the boat on the flavor of the crust. Everyone says it's the Chicago River water. Not sure I believe. Chicago pizza does have a certain flavor in the crust that I have not found in any of the pizza places in San Diego. I know my pizza. I grew up in Chicago.

I think I might not be a fan of Chicago stlye pizza so that's the only reason I don't give 5 stars. that is because, the ambience is cool, they have a good beer selection, and are right next to the bar. I can't complain about the service, food takes a while to make but it came out fresh and hot and the server was nice at all times.

Overall, customer service was okay but the food came out pretty quick which was a plus The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy, the decor is a little old fashioned but its a nice setting. The food definitely carried! Buffalo chicken pizza 14' was REALLY good! And the wings were nice & crispy and would fall right off the bone! Another table ordered a deep dish and OH MAN that marinara smelled AMAZING!!! Definitely will be returning!
