I'm from Texas and I take BBQ very serious. I haven't tried a bunch of their food but I love their bandit sliders! Sooooo good however one time I had them and they were extremely salty and the bacon was burnt so bad it tasted HORRIBLE. Other than that actually have a grill outside which is the correct way to make BBQ.

If you're looking for great BBQ . this is THE place ! Really good ribs . pulled pork ( my favorite ) . combo sandwich plates . fries & onion rings are also good. Staff very friendly and aim to please. Try it . I'm pretty sure you'll like it !

Maybe just short of 4 stars, but 3.75 stars wasn't an option.Food was mostly decent. But, it was (maybe?) a bit old (crusty mac and cheese, dried out chicken wings). But, perhaps that's my fault for not getting there at noon (when they open, and everything is fresh).Tri tip (they cook it well done) was good. Sausage and ribs were good. Pulled pork was so-so. Potato salad and baked beans were quite good. Coleslaw was disappointing.It's the closest BBQ spot to where I live. So, I might try coming earlier next time. But, I might not give it another shot so late in the day.

Well, first, it's a shame that any animal had to die to be prepared here. I get it. Sometimes things are off, but the slaw was just wet cabbage ribs,tri tip,sausage wings, just horrible, no bbq flavor, no smoke flavor, nothing. I'm extremely disappointed.I will say that the chili now that was pretty damn good. Service was okay at best. Nope, I won't be going back.....

Not happy with my Uber eats order yesterday.Sorry, you lost a customer ? ! Ordered a rack of ribs with xtra BBQ on side . And got no xtra sauce on delivery . $45 bucks!+ Plus delivery fees! = no xtra sauce ? Have a good one. I dropped off the rest I didn’t finish at your door today.
I paid $20 for 2 sliders side of Mac and a drink and the sliders were small and no sauce was provided for my to go order. No utensils were provided as well and the worse part was they didn't even pack BBQ sauce so I was left with dry sliders. Food portion was laughable.

Their sliders, fries and loaded Mac with sausage are my go to menu items. They're always consistently amazing. The bar is convenient with good music playing every-time I come in. They're always super helpful and make sure you have everything you ordered. The only thing I would change is the to go drink sizes.

The most delicious BBQ food in San Diego with an outstanding team to serve you! Corbin and his team catered my husband's celebration of life and fed over 225 people and even made it look easy (which it was not). They took their time, paid attention to every detail and executed to perfection. Numerous friends have also eaten at their restaurant and used their catering services; each with raving reviews. This restaurant is owned and managed by San Diego residents with a young family and they treat each customer as family as well.

Not only did they do that, but they even gave us a little extra portions of fries and mac (which were so good.. couldn’t keep snacking) Lastly, the meat..
