The staff at Corbin is great. They were really friendly and offered great suggestions. Not only did they do that, but they even gave us a little extra portions of fries and mac (which were so good.. couldn’t keep snacking) Lastly, the meat.. San Diego has a lot of BBQ options in my opinion and this is in my top few. don’t go to phil’s ?

Maybe just short of 4 stars, but 3.75 stars wasn't an option.Food was mostly decent. But, it was (maybe?) a bit old (crusty mac and cheese, dried out chicken wings). But, perhaps that's my fault for not getting there at noon (when they open, and everything is fresh).Tri tip (they cook it well done) was good. Sausage and ribs were good. Pulled pork was so-so.
