Worst mariscos food truck I tried around here. They were overpriced and stingy with the amount. I got a grilled fish burrito for $12 and literally tried another place for the same order at $11 for double the amount of food and loads of flavor. The lady kept messing up people's orders and we were only 3 around. Other trucks also provide onions, salsas and limes to our leisure but not here. Never coming back here again.

I dream about these fish tacos! First time ever trying a fish taco was at this truck & it set the standard high! The prices were great! Update: we are back again and it's still just as great!

I used to love Mariscos. I've eaten at this food truck forever. Back in the day it was a different food truck called Kiko's. The location was so convenient, I stayed loyal, even when Mariscos came around. Their garlic shrimp tacos were a always my go-to. But after tonight, I completely lost my appetite! They do not devein ANY of their shrimp at all! Super gross! Every shrimp had its p*** vein left in. WTF. Disgusting.

These tacos were served hot off the grill and they were large; an adult probably only needs two. Sometimes I don't know what to do with that second tortilla; do you make two tacos out of one order?? Or, do you eat the taco with double tortilla?? Shrug. The fish taco was crispy and light. It was a white fish but I don't think it was tilapia (which is a good thing). The governador taco with grilled shrimp, bell peppers, and cheese was quite tasty as well. I was, however, disappointed with the grilled octopus taco. The octopus slices were thin and the pieces were not that tender. Would've preferred that the salsa be given in a dippable container rather than plastic baggies with knot at the top. Also, they will offer you a free cup of fish soup while you're waiting for your order.

My second time here. The ceviches and aguachiles are excellent. Could not be better. They are super flavorful (don’t even need salsa!). I can tell they’re prepared with pride because they come out looking beautiful, even when I got my food to-go!

Fish Tacos are $2.96 ((Hell NO!!!))Decided to grab some food at the market and cook at home for lunch i don't get it?This place used to be affordable.!For that price id rather go to an actual storefront. Huge bummer judging from the rest of the reviews they lost another long time customer.Never going back again....

In my opinion, a bit overrated. I went for the taco tuesday special, prices were okay but bad service. Fish and shrimp were pretty bland, it was just okay.

Last year I rented an Airbnb a few blocks from this place and visited 3 times. I was craving the ceviche when I can back for a visit but it has gone downhill. Food portions are large. Fish tacos were good. Ceviche shrimp were also good but the fish ceviche were mediocre. The worst was the carne asada fries and the birria fries. Carne asada was flavorless, not even salt. The birria was too salty. Food was so bad, the kids took out left over burrito from yesterday and threw the fries away. They were closing up early at 6:30pm so they rushed things. Limited salsa and other condiments. I won't bother coming again. The worst Mexican I have had in San Diego during my annual vacation. Only edible thing was 2 out of 7 items ordered. The rest was literally trashed.

I always get the sunny diego burrito, and it's the best one I've had, especially with extra chipotle sauce. My only negatives are the parking and that they used to have the sauces outside for free, but now they're charging for tiny cups of them. It's not that expensive to make, just let people have it. Other than that, the food is pretty flavorful.
