I dream about these fish tacos! First time ever trying a fish taco was at this truck & it set the standard high! The prices were great! Update: we are back again and it's still just as great!
These tacos were served hot off the grill and they were large; an adult probably only needs two. Sometimes I don't know what to do with that second tortilla; do you make two tacos out of one order?? Or, do you eat the taco with double tortilla?? Shrug. The fish taco was crispy and light. It was a white fish but I don't think it was tilapia (which is a good thing). The governador taco with grilled shrimp, bell peppers, and cheese was quite tasty as well. I was, however, disappointed...read full review
