They cancelled my order because they didn't want to make it. They gave the excuse "My driver has been driving for 20 minutes and won't be able to deliver your order" and then cancelled it.... I placed the order at 9:50 PM and the store's hours are listed until midnight... They cancelled a whole order because a driver was... Driving... It wasnt a huge order, $19.99 plus delivery and taxes. I used the National Coupon.This is my first time on the mainland in 4 years and this is my first ordering experience since I flew in from Hawaii on Monday. Very disappointed.

Ordered delivery with an estimated of 40-50 minutes. It took 2 hours to get my order and it was made incorrectly and arrived cold. I called the store and the manager didn't want to credit me for the incorrect order. A positive note - the driver Cynthia was extremely friendly and was the only good part of the experience.

Pizzas were estimated to be delivered in 30 minutes it took over an hourOne of the pizza that I ordered with chicken had buffalo hot sauce on it, never ordered it with that on itI have ordered this type of pizza before and that was never put on it.Tasted terrible ended up throwing it away

Order elsewhere.I placed my order online with the time frame between 8-14 minutes for completion. I arrive for pickup and my order wasn't even ready. I was informed it would be ready I'm another 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I check and it's still not completed. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that they can't do that since the food is already "processed". It took another 20 minutes to finally get my order. Not too happy with the incompetent staff.

We placed an order, came up to $30, the driver told my daughter he did have change, so he left with the $40, didn't leave a receipt.We were trying to call, as soon as we ask for our change, they hung up on us, I keep calling then I said I was going to place an order, they were listening, so I mentioned about calling a Liutenant, the person who unswer said was gonna talk to the manager which had me waiting for about 20 minutes, then this rude woman supposed to be the "other manager, told us to go pick up the change, we told her we can't get on base. It was a nightmare. LAST TIME ORDERING

Do not order pizza at this location at all. Whatsoever I did not notice was a military location. I ordered on a phone 2 large pizzas to pick up. When I'm on my way, I cannot get inside the military base and the person on the phone did not even tell me that this was a military base. They just said yes, surely come pick up this pizza, I am so mad
All's well that ends well. It was a bit of a headache ordering and hoping the delivery was going to make it. The tracker said 13-20 minutes. About 30 minutes later the app said it was delivered......no pizza. We called and the store said it would still make it. 25 minutes later it showed up hot and delicious.

Do not order from this location. Go pick up your order from the West Point Loma location. Last 2 orders were 90+ minutes, total joke. It should be limited to military only.

It's 9:47pm and just got a phone call from them saying they are already closed for the night, they are supposed to be open until 12am. My order got canceled and now nothing else is open for me to eat. Beware of falsely advertised hours.

THIS LOCATION IS ON A MILITARY BASE. Military personnel only!!!I am not military but ordered a ton of pizza from it. The manager Daniel very generously dropped off the pizza to Gate 2 and let us obtain our pizza. Seriously, he didn’t have to do that and he was extremely great. Thank you so much!!
