Recently under new management, El Pollo Loco on Palm Ave in San Diego has reopened, and I had the opportunity to sample their hot tortilla soup. I love to use the app to order. I always get a much better deal. I really love their loco salad with extra cilantro dressing. I wish they bottled and sold the stuff. I've never once had my order messed up by them and they are alway accommodating. I once came in and had an issue with my coupon but they helped make it work. Excellent chicken and sides.0

Restaurant was said to be renew, lobby seems about the same, but the service has improved quite a bit since before they were closed down, and seems like they have new management, I see a lot of new faces as well. All the managers I have met are friendly and give good service.
