I love this El pollo loco, it’s a fairly new location and the couple of times I’ve been there it has been great experiences. I like the location of it, its in a busy area and although there is a long line sometimes , it goes by really quickly. The customer service is always great as well, i’ve spoken with a employee named Ricardo and he was very well spoken, and attentive to my needs. Happy to say I’ll be coming back! The employees were very friendly and also very attentive to keeping the space clean. The employee who took my order was Ericka, she speaks Spanish so it made ordering everything much easier for me. I received my food fairly quickly and it was delicious.
