This place just opened in Sorrento Valley. . The elegant simplicity of the restaurant's name says it all, "Fiesta". As you probably know, the art and brilliance of a great California burrito is easily lost with over-the-top ingredients and unneeded asada marinades. This is my frequent lunch spot in Sorrento Valley. I usually order either a breakfast burrito or the lunch specials. Their salsas are fantastic - if you arrive early enough you will find them making it, so it's homemade.The employees are very friendly.

Haven't been here since long before COVID and the full remodeling this food court went through. Have recently tried both the Cali burrito and the Surf n Cali burrito. The Cali burrito is fairly good but nothing special to me, however the Surf n Cali burrito on the other hand I think is excellent and has been my go-to the last 2-3 times. Tasty and perfectly cheesy. Give it a shot!!! Yum yum.
