Firehouse Subs in San Diego

“Got the NY Steamer hot sandwich. It has corned beef brisket and pastrami, provolone, deli mustard, mayo, and Italian dressing. I added marinara, tomatoes, and grilled onions and peppers. The sandwich was delicious. It just had less meat on it than previous times I ordered it. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence and isn't a permanent cost cutting measure. Update: Got a small Hero and a small NY Steamer. Both were very tasty. Despite the app saying pickle spears are included with each sandwich, they forgot to include a pickle spear with each sandwich. Less meat now seems to be the norm.Parking: Parking is sparse at lunchtime in the shared parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and seating.“

“I’m only get an opportunity to get a Sub here once in a while!Because we live in the Chula Vista area.My wife’s Dr is at UCSD Cancer center, so I take the time to get over to the store while we’re in the area.We always get a large Hook and Ladder and we really enjoy it.Servers are great and friendly!Can’t wait to get back.“
