There seems to be a gap in the middle of the four-compartment soup pot, and the soup will leak to the clear soup.Same Haidilao, same people serving at the tableBut missing some manicures, massage chairs and other unexpected servicesIf you could see a face-changing show in Haidilao in the United States, I believe Americans’ jaws would drop

Wow! I have never experienced such amazing hospitality in my life! They think of every detail from the hair ties they give out to the cute kids toys they give the little ones. This is more than a restaurant it’s truly an experience. It is pricey but well worth it. They have such kind and attentive staff! I can’t wait to come again!

Stopped in for dinner with friends, this was their first experience with hotpot. They enjoyed the experience, can't go wrong with Haidilao, really enjoyed their service and the food, granted the price is bit on the expensive side, the experience is worth it.This place didn't have kimchi, unlike the LA location, but I guess that depends on their location and the population around it.

I have been a fan ever since, however... 3rd times the charm! We were seated in Jacob's section, and wow. Our party of 6 included 2 children, he went above and beyond for our group, starting with getting the kids settled with toys and their meals.It was such a pleasant experience, we really enjoyed our time.

Haidilao is fantastic! Right from the door, we were warmly welcomed. The food tastes great, and the sauce bar is clean with lots of options. Our server was super friendly, and we even got a toy each when leaving. Loved it!
