Wow! I have never experienced such amazing hospitality in my life! They think of every detail from the hair ties they give out to the cute kids toys they give the little ones. This is more than a restaurant it’s truly an experience. It is pricey but well worth it. They have such kind and attentive staff! I can’t wait to come again!
Stopped in for dinner with friends, this was their first experience with hotpot. They enjoyed the experience, can't go wrong with Haidilao, really enjoyed their service and the food, granted the price is bit on the expensive side, the experience is worth it.This place didn't have kimchi, unlike the LA location, but I guess that depends on their location and the population around it.
