We always leave with a full stomach! For this occasion we order the Breakfast Sampler and the World-Famous Pancake combo (w/strawberry banana pancakes) and everything was great! The pancakes are always soft and fluffy (obviously tasty) and they always get your eggs done right (we chose over-easy and sunny-side up).
Great Experience! IHOP in OTAY close to the OTAY Border, is a Well Kept Secret! Excellent Service! Good Food at a Great Price!! Nice Clean Modern Restaurant. Ample parking. Go Enjoy!!

Overall this is a great location and they deserve the business ? they do an excellent job of keeping the restaurant clean ? the service is always friendly with a smile and very polite ?, the food is consistently well prepared and tastes very good, they have a solid kitchen staff and wait staff. ✋️ The whole combo is difficult to find in craft establishments let alone, the average run of the mill establishments, so this IHOP is a hidden gem.
