If you go later at night 11-12 you won't get the correct actual order. Been a bunch of times at night and they just put whatever they want on the burgers. I ordered a buttery jack once and a sourdough jack. Both times no lettuce or tomatoes or what is supposed to come on it. They just made a burger with bacon and cheese. If they aren't busy or short staffed they might be better just closing early. It's annoying to pay $10 for a premium burger and getting a bacon cheese burger....read full review
Wow! So many negative review about PQ Jack in the Box. Maybe I am the lucky customer that receives great service and greeted with a friendly attitude from the PQ staff. True, some Jack-in-the-Box restaurants are not the best.

Usually the service here is slow and nothing to talk about, but this evening, we went there for take out and Miguel was an excellent server. He was friendly, and genuine and such a patient young man. He happily answered my questions about pricing as a combo or buying a main and side without the drink. The couple behind me was elderly and he showed them such patience, which I’m sure they appreciated as much as I did. Great job, Miguel!
