Got a regular Big Kahuna Cheese steak on Rosemary Parmesan bread with added tomatoes. It was an excellent sandwich that I will definitely get again. The service was fast and friendly.Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and seating.

Stopped in for dinner, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the two ladies working were so kind! They made us delicious subs, and even accommodated a special request we made for a gluten free grilled sub. I’d gladly eat at this location again! :)Dietary restrictions: No guarantee of no cross contamination like in most kitchens, but the staff is kind and accommodating of food allergies!

I typically order via the app and by the time I get to the store it is either a very short wait or ready to go. Good, consistent quality sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of parking and not a ton of traffic. I chose this location over another for the parking situation.

I always order online so I can just grab it and go but yet whenever I order from this location specifically they never have it ready. So on top of waiting 20 minutes already, once getting there I have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. What's the point in having pickup if we have to wait for it anyways ? I'd rather drive to the one that's father away then going to this one next door to my place.

Online order fulfillment is quick. Parking is easy. The store is spacious but it can be a little bit cleaner. Currently they have promotion of Double Points earned on Fridays.

Won’t go again. Very unsanitary. Didn’t use the sandwich paper when moving sub down the counter and to register area. Set it directly on dirty counter top next to cash register. When I spoke with Manager (Sophia?) she just said sorry I’ll make you a new sandwich. All the other employees just standing around joking with each other. Dirty restaurant. The veggies were old and the the manager had a really bad attitude when I told her it looked very unsanitary. Really Too bad.I love Jersey Mike’s but won’t ever go here again. The Jersey Mikes in Pacific Beach is Awesome and the employees in PB are really friendly and you can tell they like their jobs. Props to you PB. I’ll leave you a great review.

I always get a great sandwich here! Mike's Way with banana peppers on the #7 is my go to. Each time I've been to a Jersey Mike's the employees have been fab and the places have been clean. So, grab the app to find a close one and enjoy a great sandwich every time!

Most Jersey Mikes are really good and the sandwiches are definitely a sub above. But, this location is the first Jersey Mike's that I've seen participating in a very ugly trend :Hitting up the customers right out loud in public to donate their change to some type of worthy cause? Which of course goes right into some easily accessed box on the counter for all the employees to help themselves to it . If I want to donate money to Children's Hospital the homeless or the crippled children of Ethiopia I'm perfectly capable of finding out where to do just that . Asking your customers to do that and guilt tripping them right out in front of people is going to cost you customers in the end .

I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. Number 13 Mike's way.this particular location has the best relaxing atmosphere. Compared to others that I've been in to. The parking at the one on Balboa is a zoo. I would much rather go to this location. The young man that helped us on 3-4-23 was awesome.

Sandwich was good; but as a 14 year customer; kid’s buy me gift cards. Don’t buy gift cards!!!! I have 5 and keep them from lowest to highest value in order not to lose card value. My location: San Diego crossroads location 92117 accepted my lowest first card: $1.48 and the balance was 9 or so. I presented my next card and was informed they only accepted 1 card per visit!!!???so I had to pay cash and stuck with cards.
