La Central Birria has excellent service, food and reasonable prices. The birria tacos and consome were very tasty. The quesadilla was served on a house made tortilla. Miguel was so friendly and made it a great first-timer experience. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing. I tried 4 items:- Birria Taco- Birria Quesataco (Handmade Tortilla)- Birria Tatemado con Nervio- ConsomeThe consome came out first and was a great start. I like ordering the consome since it gives me a good idea of what the Birria will taste like. Not too salty or greasy, and had amazing flavor. I chose to get it without the meat since I had ordered the 3 tacos. The standard Birria Taco was a great place to start. The Quesataco was next with the handmade tortilla. That cheese and tortilla combo was tasty. But my favorite out of the 3 was the Tatemado con Nervio, which is the Birria kinda fried which gave it a slightly different taste. That along with the bits of tendon is one of the reasons I would come back.As for service, it was very fast and inviting. Miguel and his staff were also some of the friendliest people I have come across stateside which is the main reason I would come back. Overall amazing… it was like eating at friend’s house who knows how to make really good food.

I loved this place!! Starting with the friendly warm greeting as soon as you walk in! It has a very local welcoming vibe. You can order your food at the register as soon as you walk in or there Is someone to Seat you for dine in. The guy at the register is helpful when you don't know what to order. They seem to know their customers well. We ordered the birria bowl which comes with rice and beans with birria on top. They include limes, radishes, extremely spicy salsa and corn tortillas slightly dipped in the meat broth they are so good ? The meat has such good flavors and spices, It was very tender! One of the few truly authentic birria places I've tried. Give this place a try You won't regret it! Good prices and decent portions. Excellent place to eat!

We visited the city of San Diego and discovered this place because of its good reviews and we were not wrong. If you really want to try something out of the ordinary, you need to come to this place, it is really delicious, everything we tried is 100 percent delicious, but that's not all, the customer service is extremely excellent, and I have visited different restaurants and never I had received such pleasant attention as this place if there were 10 stars I would give them without thinking, I truly recommend it
