This place is amazing. I tried 4 items:- Birria Taco- Birria Quesataco (Handmade Tortilla)- Birria Tatemado con Nervio- ConsomeThe consome came out first and was a great start. I like ordering the consome since it gives me a good idea of what the Birria will taste like. Not too salty or greasy, and had amazing flavor. I loved this place!! Starting with the friendly warm greeting as soon as you walk in! It has a very local welcoming vibe. You can order your food at the register as soon as you walk in or there Is someone to Seat you for dine in. The guy at the register is helpful when you don't know what to order. They seem to know their customers well. We ordered the birria bowl which comes with rice and beans with birria on top. La Central Birria has excellent service, food and reasonable prices. The birria tacos and consome were very tasty. The quesadilla was served on a house made tortilla. Miguel was so friendly and made it a great first-timer experience. I will definitely be back.
