Went through the drive thru and ordered food and a medium mocha frap. They took the mocha frap off my order then when we told them at the window they forgot my drink she wouldn’t just charge me for it and give it to me. We changed one of the meals not the separate drink and they messed it up. She looked out the window at the line behind me and said I have to go back around to order again. This was their fault. I was pissed. Then they charged me full price with no apology after I waited in line again for their mistake. I was obviously irritated and girl at the food window looked at me and laughed because I was mad I had to go back around. Talking about have a good day.. ok. I have the names SIDEL and CBB on my receipt 12:53 and 12:54pm 4/8/24. I planned on leaving a negative survey on them of course the number is blurred on the receipt. They are rude and incompetent.

So sick of McDonald's being "out of ice cream" the guy even said let me ask my manager and came back and said they were out. I'm like just tell me u don't want to make a Mcflurry
They take a little time and get distracted, but everything else is fine.

This was seriously the worst McDonald's ever. The sprite tasted like chemicals and the chicken sandwich was chewy and gross. I only ate the fries.
