Terrible! One of the staffs was coughing the whole time while she was preparing the pizza. No mask, and no hair net. The worst part was she was eating snacks or chips while she was at the counter. I didn’t see her washing her hands at all.Never going back!

It seems each night you get different service. Sometimes it's downright excellent, other times you can tell the crew just wants to go home. On one night, I noticed my pizza was on their back table, done and ready (for several minutes) as I watched other ppl who ordered online come and go. I really didn't know it was mine until one employee came from the back, happened to notice it, checked and brought it to me-Apologizing. I might not have been so annoyed if they only had CHAIRS for their customers. Standing the entire time sucks...

We loved Papa Johns before this but unfortunately can no longer order delivery since we automatically have to have it delivered from this location since it is closest to us. The first time we ordered from here, it was slightly under done but we didn't make a big deal about it since we had never had that experience before and it was still edible. This second time was absolutely horrible and inedible. It was so undercooked that the entire center of the pizza was stuck to the box, it all ripped apart. We tried to salvage what we could and bake it further but it just became a hassle and a mess and was complete trash. For some reason the pepperoni had a funky smell too. I used my Papa Johns rewards on this order too, what a shame and waste. In addition, we had delivery instructions and instead of following the request of bringing it to our doorstep, the driver called and asked us to come outside and get it from him. Very unfortunate considering we had tipped well ahead of time.

No thank you.... Great in store service and quality of pizza and NOT great quality of pizza if ordered to be delivered. I guess they figure if not in person just throw on a couple toppings because no one wants to drive back to the store to complain.

The place has gone downhill since is gone.There are less toppings per year, toppings thrown on unevenly, products often over-baked and occasionally under-baked, no deals offered since 2022, rude managers, orders messed up, etc.Only reason I order from them at all is because they are half a block from where I live.
