The place has gone downhill since is gone.There are less toppings per year, toppings thrown on unevenly, products often over-baked and occasionally under-baked, no deals offered since 2022, rude managers, orders messed up, etc.Only reason I order from them at all is because they are half a block from where I live.
The lady nice enough except she couldn't explain or help me when the menu clearly showed the 8 piece wings to be 9.49 yet I was charged 12.49 and the fact that they show one price on the menu and charge something else at the register seems a little odd and peculiar to me.

It seems each night you get different service. Sometimes it's downright excellent, other times you can tell the crew just wants to go home. On one night, I noticed my pizza was on their back table, done and ready (for several minutes) as I watched other ppl who ordered online come and go. I really didn't know it was mine until one employee came from the back, happened to notice it, checked and brought it to me-Apologizing.
