2nd time eating here.Key component is that this is craft pasta, it's not flour and egg alone. All the pasta have a non food coloring component to it or are a stuffed ravioli. First time here. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and was pleasantly surprised how well this tasted. Pasta was cooked as it should, not to soft or undercooked, sauce was very lite, yet not oily and not smothered over pasta. The chicken was tender. As an Italian, I’d say this is a good as it gets from a to go spot like this.
