Pastiamo is an absolute must try if you appreciate Central Italian cuisine. Each style of pasta is handcrafted on the premises from scratch. The fast food Italian concept is genius, healthy & delicious. Entrées under $15.00 & $10.00 authentic pizza's in North PB / La Jolla in 2024 is a no brainer. The staff have all been friendly, warm, welcoming and attentive. Exceptionally clean inside and outside. The adjacent outside covered dining patio / lounge ( while still not fully completed as of February 20th 2024) offered a sexy, chill atmosphere in the evenings with personal wrap around sectional sofas, dim overhead lighting while still seeing all the beauty in the night sky. “For those who enjoy cooking at home, Assenti's delivers high quality pasta. So far, I've tried the black squid linguini and spaghetti. The pasta is fresh and soft with a delicious flavor. From their freezer, I've eaten their eggplant parmesan. I just purchased their frozen lobster ravioli and am looking forward to trying it. I know I won't be disappointed. Service was always quick and friendly on two separate visits. The store isn't large, but it's spacious, clean, bright and well organized.“
