I came here to try pho for the first time, and I was intimidated and nervous enough to need to look up how to eat pho as I was waiting for my food. For all other first timers, do not fret. Just add some of the basil leaves and bean sprouts they give you on the side to the soup and squeeze in a bit of lemon, and you're pretty much good to go. The store is clean and tidy. Although the boss looks serious, he answers all questions and is very kind during the conversation.This time we ordered Rare steak, and the pho, beef and soup were all great! The bean sprouts and other side dishes provided by the boss are also generous and generous??

Another Pho shop nearby that we wanted to go to was closed so we ended up checking out Pho Little Saigon. This mom and pop shop is tucked away in a small shopping plaza on Midway Drive and can be hard to miss. The restaurant is tiny with less than 10 tables.
